Tea at Little White Cafe!

Assalammualaikum and Happy holiday, dear peeps!

To own a cafe full of pastries and cakes is my long time dream! Though I wasn't good in business management, I still want to run my own cafe business as my passionate-side-income. One day, ya one day!

Lately, I'm craving for sweet things and at the same time I want to try something different. So, this time I chose Pavlova as I never taste it before. Once, my friend and I want to try to bake a pavlova since the ingredient and how to make it is not tedious and hard at all but we don't have time and "baking mood". The fastest way to get pavlovas into our mouth by buy it from the bakery or cafe but unfortunately, very few cafes sell pavlovas and we need to order first (7 inch pavlovas).

Finally, in our searching we find "Little White Cafe" in Bandar Baru Bangi, next to Wong Solo Ayam Penyet Shop Lot. It looks cool and kinda cute from the outside, so we peek into the cafe to see either they sell pavlova or not. The sad thing, the owner said that we are just a few minutes late where their 4inch pavlova sold to one customer. Sigh! The owner suggested us to come back again tomorrow where it will be the last day for 2012 before the close it down temporary until new year 2013. They finished baking around 12 a.m. so we decided to come around tea-time.

The outside view, the entry of the Little White Cafe, No. 13-6-1, Jalan Medan PB4A, Pusat Bandar, Bandar Baru Bangi. Tel. No: 017-3721522

Yeah, here we are again the next day. Finally, we make it to taste the mouth drooling pavlovas!

Tara! The 4inch size pavlova (enough for a person). Look tasty and yummy, wonder it taste

After the first bite, the taste really fits me. Every part of the pavlova give different taste and the differ make the taste blend very well and awesome. The bottom and hard part surrounded the cake was sweet, the whipped on top doesn't taste sweet but creamy and decorate with sour fruits on top of the whipping cream. However, one plate should be enough!

Then, I ordered a cup of hot chocolate (my feveretever) with marshmellow and whipped cream. The combination with the pavlova wasn't a good idea though cause it will make you feel bellyful. The best combination when you eat the sweetened cake was either green tea or black coffee with less sugar to counterback your taste bud. Heeee!

Opps, didn't realize it was a candid! ~_^

Ok, this is the view inside this cafe. When you first enter, you feel cozy and comfy like you belong here. Hahaha. There were many small table with normal stand chair and high-stand chair accommodated for a couple and long table for a family of 8 and also a set of table-cushion outside the cafe (customer who prefer an open air or they want to smoke)

The seats for the staff to rest while waiting or entertaining their customers.

The furniture rack with a lots of stuffs like books, frames, bottle of spices, a set of cutlery and plates, tv and many more.

If I were about to give the mark for the design, I'll give 3/5. Not bad at all but need a little rearrangement and modifications to make the environment more lively.

The kitchen part with blackboard full of their recipe for cooking and baking. By the way, I got the chances to eye flirt with their chef, quite handsome and young. Muahaha, harmless flirt wasn't wrong.

This is the bill and the pay quite reasonable. The taste, I'll give 4/ 5. The also served cake like, red velvet, muffin, cup cake and etc; western foods like pastas, steaks and etc; side dishes like toasted bread, mushroom sup, coleslaw, mashed potatos and etc. But their price quite expensive compare with the western steak house. There always be pro and con.

That's it for this time. I wish you have a great holiday and please do a visit to this cafe to feel the place full of baking scent.

Just for gag: One day, I will be the one who design my own cafe either for business purpose (shop lot) or one part in my house full of baking scent and, cute stuff +cute waiter customes. Heehehe. Please pray my dream will come true. Allah blessed us!
